As you probably know, we had major downtime on our online world Frenzoo this weekend - the longest outage experienced this year. I know from all the folks I had 3d chat with on Frenzoo afterwards about how frustrating it was, especially it happening at a very busy moment with lots of people online... Details are on our forum
The cause was due to some caching/load related issues, however the delay was actually because of a deficiency in our after hours escalation procedures.
We learned a big lesson today and we will improve our procedures so that we never are stuck in a situation like this again.
We will also take action to make it up to everyone on Tuesday, details to come. Thanks everyone
